Our School
Flyers TaeKwon-Do was founded in 1988 by Lawrence Greene, VI Dan and Region IV Director in the USTF. Here at Flyers, we teach ITF patterns, step sparring, free sparring (both continuous and point sparring), Ho Sin Sul or self-defense techniques, grappling, kicking, and breaking in the traditional art of TaeKwon-Do. Though not a large school, we still have had students who have not only been national champions, but world champions as well. In addition, we provide some of the best jump kicking instruction in the country.

But besides that, our school is a family. We work together, we build each other up, and we take care of each other. Together we have done everything from fundraisers to community service to summer lockins.

Our school has a wide variety of students, from little girls to mothers to teenage boys, and it is not uncommon for whole families—several at a time even—to be working out together in class.

Whether you are wanting to learn how to defend yourself and your family, or if you are in need of physical fitness, TaeKwon-Do can help you meet your goals. It serves as an excellent discipline tool for both young and old alike, and builds high self-esteem in children. TaeKwon-Do is also highly recommended for children with A.D.D. Whatever your family's needs may be, we at Flyers are willing to dedicate our time to you.
